Kuru | Four Seasons Hotel Bogota
Located in the heart of the vibrant Zona T district, Kuru was designed by local architect Saul Sasson. With al fresco dining possible year round the restaurant has glass covered patios front and back. The food concept of Kuru is contemporary Japanese featuring a sushi counter and an open Robata grill. Renowned mixologist Mica Rousseau from Mexico City helped create the beverage program which includes unique sake and green tea cocktails served in special glassware.
