Zanaya  |  Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City

            Opened in September 2016, the concept of Zanaya Restaurant celebrates the unique and traditional process of cooking fish in the Zarandeado style, typical of the Nayarit region on the western coast of Mexico. Essential to the cooking process is an authentic red brick zaranda, which imparts the distinct flavors of the Nayarit to each dish. The restaurant, which includes a central bar with ceviche counter, was designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio from London.
